Ml Nous avons eu un soucis avec un dessin animé acheté, pour lequel le son était de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons contacté le service client qui s'est montré très compréhensif et très réactif ; réponse dans l'heure , avec une solution adaptée. Nous avons pu être remboursé de ce contenu, afin de pouvoir acheter autre chose. L'info à été prise au sérieux, et des améliorations vont être apportées au contenu en question. Parfait 👍🏻

You have the choice between two models:
- the mains-powered model (without battery). Its long cable and wide projection distance range allow it to adapt to all configurations.
- for even more flexibility, the model with an integrated rechargeable battery that offers 2h30 of autonomy
Tikino differs from electronic screens in four main ways:
- the projection system avoids direct exposure to blue light, one of the main harms of which is disturbing the biological clock. Unlike an electronic screen, Tikino thus preserves the child's sleep
- the size of the projected image, which guarantees an adequate distance between the image and its viewers, allows several people to enjoy a projection session without causing eye strain
- our content has been designed to adapt to the child's eyes and brain with gently animated images that give pride of place to contemplation and imagination, without "information overload"
- it is an object dedicated to the child, so there is no risk of it being misused or inappropriately used
