🎬 Summary:

Theodore Roosevelt Young, a dreamy 12-year-old boy, spends his time fishing and making up songs. His uncle Eddie, a blues musician whom the boy admires so much, becomes his first admirer and impresario. One day, Theodore stows away on a train to Memphis, determined to make his dream come true: playing the blues.

Acclaimed many times by international critics, this short film immerses us in the atmosphere of Louisiana in the 1930s, where segregation is rife in the United States. The story follows the initiatory journey of the young boy, who will have to deal with violence, intolerance and dishonesty to pursue his dream, until the day his musical talents are recognized.
